We will send you a short form to fill out that will give us permission to obtain your number from your current provider. It takes up-to 14 days, but we'll stay on the case until your number safely reaches us. Before we get the ball rolling, we recommend that you let your current provider know that you will be moving your number. Make sure they understand that you wish to keep your broadband service though, as they may cut you off completely! Also, check to see if you are still in contract and if you will be charged for moving your number so you don't receive an unexpected bill.
