someone called Simon keeps calling looking for Building Workers in London Area told him to put ad in paper or go to jobcentre plus - he then told me to f--k off and cut the call

Somebody who calls himself Simon from Swift Ltd. is looking for building workers and when I checked out who he is I learned that he cons people and does not pay them when they have done work for him as such calls from this number are very dangerous of people being conned.
