Automated voice claiming over £900 had just gone from my account.
Didn't use my name and started by saying "hi".
Not an expert on fraud teams but fairly sure that's 3 red flags in the first 5 seconds (fraud teams tend to use real people, will confirm your identity before continuing and normally use more formal language than "hi")
