Yet another mobile phone scam, have blocked

Called claiming to be from 3 but did no security checks and then proceeded to offer a better deal. Asked for the pass code that was sent from 3 to access my 3 app. Major red flag

Claimed to be from Three wanting my email to send a better contract deal. Said they don't have it on record which is weird since it's my provider.

Similar to the other report delay before the guy says he's from O2 my provider. I'm not with O2 at all and my phone flagged it as potential scam too.
