Valuation Agency. I said what valuation agency? They said valuation agency of the United Kingdom. They said it was regarding a cheque claim. I speak to Valuation Office in my role so I asked them regarding which property. They said they couldn’t tell me that until they verified details. I told them I won’t discuss anything until I verify who they are and that the VO has my email address so they can email me.
They said fine and rang off.
