Polite but persistent. Something to do with loft insulation being ineffective and requiring an upgrade to safer material. They offer to send someone out to inspect your loft (equipped with own ladder) and give you an inspection certificate and quote. Allegedly no pressure. Apparently takes 30minutes to an hour for this inspection. Offered to visit between 6:30& 8:30 at night. Quite insistent with booking an appointment.
