Presumed a normal cold call so I said I wasn’t interested in the cover for drainage & pipe cover from Yorkshire Water
She then said I had previously paid why do I not want to continue the cover
I disputed this but she quoted the amount we “paid” & the date so I thought my husband must have subscribed
When we looked into this it was UNTRUE
So lied to me
