Caller claimed to be from British Gas. We have had this same spiel from different numbers that appear to be on a rotation. Claiming they need to match our meter serial number up to a number they've got. Spoken to British Gas and been told they are scammers and to ignore all calls.

Rang twice claiming to be from EDF Energy, said they had overcharged us and wanted to sort it out. Requested details from me, but obviously was a scam as we don't even use that company. Beware.

Claimed to be from EDF Energy claiming an issue with meter. EDF report no issues with meter readings. Do not give any info. Asian lady.

Claimed to be British Gas asking about meter readings. Hung up after I asked for written confirmation.

Indian man (David) claiming to be from Valda Energy telling me that my meter will be disconnected if I don't renew my contract on the same day. Valda Energy tells me I don't have any issues with my payments or contract, so nothing of the sort will happen.
