The caller claimed to be from "the Insurance Review Department", obviously implying they were an insurer I already had a relationship with. When pressed they said they worked in lead generation for insurance brokers. When asked to provide their company name they said it was "the insurance review department". That is not a registered company on companies house and when I asked the caller to provide the company number they hung up.
