Just another call as part of a wave of nuisance calls. Hoping they eventually remove my number from their lists.

Indian woman asking for bank details. Said she was from British Gas. I don’t have a boiler or gas!!! She slammed the phone down when I told her to stop trying to scam people. Avoid and block the number.

A woman with an Indian accent asked if I was the homeowner and then mentioned something about boiler maintenance. The explanation was unclear and felt suspicious. It did not seem like a legitimate company call at all.

The caller asked for my bank sort code to confirm my identity. When I refused, they became pushy and kept insisting. I ended the call and blocked the number.
