I spoke to Karen. She will extremely helpful with my query and made me feel at ease. We also spoke at smart meters. She reassured my concerns with the information I had previously given. Karen was so warm, helpful and friendly feom start to finish. A credit to the company and delivered such a good experience. Explaining to me what she was doing along the process

After a delay of 50 minutes before getting an answer think you need more people to answer calls more quickly. But after getting Deborah it went like clock work she was efficient and helpful and now my wife and I can relax knowing all is in control. I would also like to give a big thanks to Deborah who helped my Granddaughter do the readings etc as my wife and I aren't computer literate age thing so helps us a lot. Again a big thank you for Deborah.
